What are the required skills & experiences of an Insights Analyst?

  • Proven experience in an Insights Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data mining using large customer or web/app behavior datasets.
  • Coding skills in Python or R are advantageous.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to link business objectives to KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Tertiary qualification in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytics environment.
